-  M.I. (engraved, black) fills a white marble tablet, set portrait-wise; a dark grey baseplate with domed top and ornamental apron; below, escutcheon; above, a moulded cornice and a small urn largely obscured by drapery; signed (below): 'J.BACON Junr Ft / London'.

-  Thomas Lamb, Esq., magistrate, d. 29 Mar 1804, aet 84; eldest son of James and Martha Lamb; his wife, Dorothy, sixth daughter of Rev. George Eyles, A.M., vicar of Turkdean, Gloucestershire; issue - Thomas Phillipps Lamb.
